Piper Lowrey, Ms. Lowrey, has taught at Goldrick since 2017. She taught third-grade ELA-S for many years before turning her attention to math intervention, another passion of hers. She first started learning Spanish when she was in third grade (like many of her students who are learning their second language)! Ms. Lowrey has a degree from the University of Colorado in Spanish Language and Literature and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction: Reading and Writing. Ms. Lowrey lives with her husband, Evan, daughter, Etta, and famous blind cat, Anna. When she’s not teaching, Ms. Lowrey can be spotted running in various US states (ask her about her crazy goal!), playing at the park with Etta, or checking out a good book at the library. She looks forward to teaching addition, fractions, and all of the other fun math concepts this year!
